What the contact form collects
The contact form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, optional role and message so we can respond to an enquiry and, where it makes sense, arrange a private initial discussion.
Do not send tax file numbers, full financial statements or staff records through the form. Those belong in a later, controlled exchange if a conversation proceeds.
Accepted submissions are emailed through our mail provider to the configured inbox. They are not sold as a marketing list. Initial enquiries are handled discreetly. That is an operational practice, not a legal privilege.
If you want to know what we hold about an enquiry you sent, use the contact form and say so. This notice will be expanded if the operating entity, storage locations or retention periods change.
