Built by operators, for owners who want a quiet exit

Bypass exists because a lot of good small businesses never survive a formal sale process. The owner is tired, the records are thin, and the customers still need someone to pick up the phone.

Who is in the room

The core is a group of business owners. Around that sits a wider network of owners who are actively looking to buy, plus accountants, lawyers, former business brokers and investors who specialise in the files other people will not touch.

That specialisation matters. Distressed businesses, incomplete books, missing succession plans, and service firms that have run out of cash to keep delivering still have buyers. The buyer is often another operator who can step in, keep the clients, and accept that the paperwork will be cleaned up after the keys change hands.

We also see owners who have simply had enough. Tired, burnt out, stressed, or unwilling to be interrogated about five years of tax returns before anyone will talk about a handover. A private sale is built for that person.

What we will not pretend

No invented credentials

This page does not dress the group up as an award desk or a government panel. The work is introductions, judgement and a clean commercial handover.

No forensic theatre

Some buyers need deep diligence. Many in this network do not start there. If you want a quiet conversation first, that is the point of Bypass.

No public circus

Staff, customers and competitors do not need to see a listing. A confidential enquiry process keeps the first step private.

Talk before you shut the doors

If the alternative is walking away with nothing, a private introduction is worth a short conversation.
